By choosing to use the "Gachi Air Alert" application, hereafter referred to as the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Personal Information we collect is used to provide and improve the Service. We will not use your information or disclose it to third parties, except as described in this Privacy Policy. ## Changes to Privacy Policy Our Privacy Policy may be updated periodically, so we recommend reviewing this page regularly. If you click on such a link, you will be redirected to the corresponding website or application. Please note that we do not control such external electronic resources. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you review the Privacy Policy of these sites. We do not control the content, privacy policy, or methods of operation of any third-party websites or services and are not responsible for them. ## Security We value your trust and the provision of your Personal Information, and therefore make efforts to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, please note that no method of data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is entirely secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee their absolute security. ## Terms of Use If you download or use this application, these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the application. Any copying or modification of the application, or any part of it, is strictly prohibited. Attempting to extract the application's source code is also prohibited.\ The "Gachi Air Alert" application stores and processes personal data that you provide us to ensure the provision and/or improvement of our service. You are responsible for the security of your phone and access to the application. Therefore, we do not recommend that you root your phone or obtain root access to it, as this removes restrictions on the software and official operating system of your device. This can make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, or malicious software. In addition, such actions can compromise the security functions of your phone, which may mean that the "Gachi Air Alert" application will not function properly or at all.
Certain features of the application require an active internet connection. This connection may be provided via Wi-Fi or by your mobile service provider, but we do not assume responsibility for cases where the application does not work with full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your available data limit.
If you use the application outside Wi-Fi coverage, please be aware that the terms of agreement with your mobile service provider also apply. As a result, your mobile service provider may charge you for data usage based on the duration of your internet connection while using the application or for other third-party services. By using this application, you are responsible for all such payments, including data roaming fees if you use the application outside of your territory (such as a region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the person responsible for payments for the device on which you use the application, please note that we assume you have obtained permission from that person to use the application. You are responsible for ensuring that your device is charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to turn it on to access the service, we will not be responsible for this.
At some point, we may decide to update the application. Currently, the application is available on Android. System requirements for this may change and you may need to download updates to continue using the application. We do not promise to always update the application to be relevant to you and/or compatible with the version of Android that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also stop providing the application or terminate its use at any time without notifying you.
